RICS recently produced an Insight paper that sets out the various valuation techniques that can and have been used in valuing freehold and long leasehold flexible workspace. Unfortunately, it stops short of providing a red book guide for the industry. It does, however, demonstrate the difficulties that currently exist 

There is little doubt that the Covid-19 crisis will prove to be a game-changer for flexible workspace, but we are confident that it will prove its resilience and come out it even stronger.
