G8 Consult acted on behalf of BE Flexible Space on the acquisition of 20 Garrett Street, London EC1, an 18,128 sq. ft former warehouse building close to Old Street’s Silicon Roundabout redeveloped to offer Grade A accommodation. The property includes a large wrap-around roof terrace offering great views of the City and includes multiple break-out areas, an onsite gym and showers.

The whole building was taken on a 10-year lease at a market rent in February 2025 and was 90% occupied within two months of opening.
