Purple Patch Co working. Long leasehold interest and business sold.

Douglas Green of g8 consult is pleased to confirm the completion of the sale of the long leasehold interests held by his client, Purple Patch, at 14 Rosebery Avenue London EC1, to a private fund for an undisclosed sum. The deal involved the short term reletting of the space back to his clients.Purple Patch emerged as one of London’s first independent flexible managed offices and coworking spaces.
